These terms are an agreement between you and Plavia ("we", "the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Plavia.
Plavia uses AI to suggest itineraries — venues, times, and estimated costs — for occasions like dates, hangouts, family outings, and celebrations.
Some venues pay Plavia for a chance to appear in eligible recommendations. Sponsored venues are labeled "Sponsored." Payment does not waive Plavia's eligibility, quality, category, hours, distance, dietary, review, or chain checks, and does not guarantee placement or results. Plavia may approve, pause, or remove a sponsorship. Campaign metrics are aggregate estimates and are not promises of visits, bookings, or revenue.
For restaurants: a sponsorship costs $499 per month for one venue in one city and is paid through a secure Stripe Payment Link. A sponsorship starts only after Plavia approves the venue. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. To cancel, email support@planwithplavia.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already billed are nonrefundable except as required by law, or when Plavia declines a venue that has already paid, in which case we refund that payment in full.
Plavia lets you send a plan to someone else for their approval. When you do, you provide their email address or phone number. By sending a plan you confirm that the person is expecting to hear from you and that you are entitled to share their contact detail with us for that purpose. Do not use plan sharing to contact people who have not agreed to hear from you. We use that contact detail only to deliver and display that plan.

You keep ownership of the reviews and photos you post. By posting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display them within Plavia. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Plavia has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using Plavia you agree not to post content that is offensive, hateful, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass or abuse other users. You can report any review by tapping the … menu on it, and you can block any user so their content no longer appears to you. We review reported content and remove violations and remove or ban the users responsible within 24 hours. Filtering, reporting, and blocking help keep the community safe, but you use Plavia and interact with other users at your own risk.
Plavia suggests venues operated by third parties and may link to reservation sites. We don't own, control, endorse, or take responsibility for those venues or sites, or for your experience at them. Any dealing with a venue is between you and that venue.
Plavia is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its suggestions will be accurate or suitable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or your visit to any suggested venue. Our total liability for any claim relating to Plavia will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $50.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Plavia after a change means you accept it.
